基于聋生教育的CSCL教学平台的设计与开发

针对高等特殊教育现存不足之处,设计基于聋生的学习者特征的CSCL教学平台功能模块,并采用ASP＋Access＋IIS的技术路线构建学生与教师的新型教与学平台（CSCL网络平台）,使学生（聋生）在学习平台中与教师及协作小组成员进行无障碍交流、沟通,弥补一个教师难以面向有差异的众多学生教学的不足,推动高等特殊教育的发展。

高校特色专业建设的问题及对策

特色专业是提高高校人才培养质量的重要手段,是高校办学特色和竞争优势的重要体现。通过对高校特色专业内涵的探讨,分析了高校特色专业建设存在的主要问题,并提出了促进高校特色专业建设的对策与建议。     

镇原油田长81油藏储层特征与工艺改造

随着鄂尔多斯盆地镇原油田81油藏规模开发和产建区块西进,储层物性变差,单井试排、试采产量下降明显,为提高单井产量,以提高储层改造体积及改善裂缝导流能力为目标的储层改造势在必行。针对长81油藏储层发育特征,参照华庆油田长6油藏储层工艺改造成果和经验,采用斜井多段压裂、定向射孔和混合水体积压裂等新工艺对储层进行改造和适应性分析,结果表明:实施斜井多段压裂技术单井增产13.69%;实施定向射孔技术单井增产19.09%;实施混合水体积压裂技术单井增产效果最显著,可达242%。已开展的现场试验结果,证明针对储层发育特征实施的储层新工艺改造技术,对提高超低渗透油藏开发效果具有重要意义。     

高职高专图书馆特色馆藏的实现

高职高专图书馆应以服务地方经济文化建设为着力点,围绕办学方向多途径、多方式地建设特色馆藏。从知识经济发展的时代要求和高等职业教育迅速发展的现实出发,以海南政法职业学院为例,探讨了现代高职高专图书馆的服务职能。     

汾河水库库岸边坡现状及稳定性分析

通过对汾河水库的实地调查,查清了该库目前存在的地质灾害,其中不稳定斜坡6处,滑坡6处,文章以汾河水库为例探讨库岸边坡特征及进行库岸边坡稳定性分析的方法,并对库岸边坡坍塌的预测和治理提出建议。     

Sequence analysis of the Microcystis aeruginosa FACHB-912 phytochrome gene supports positive selection in cyanobacteria

The phytochrome gene from Microcystis aeruginosa FACHB-912,isolated from algal blooms in Taihu Lake in China,was sequenced and found to code for a wavelength transition light receptor protein.The gene was composed of five distinct domains:a PAS fold domain,a GAF domain,a phytochrome domain,a His Kinase A(phosphoacceptor) domain,and a histidine kinase domain.Red-absorbing phytochrome,far-red-absorbing phytochrome,and photoconversion kinetics were monitored via the spectral characteristics of the protein.To detect positive selection,homologous sequences from cyanobacterium phytochrome genes were obtained from GenBank.Potential selective pressure was identified by phylogenetic analysis with maximum likelihood analyses.The frequency of the phytochrome gene being subjected to selective constraints suggests that positive selection is a potentially important mechanism that promotes the evolution of the cyanobacteria phytochrome gene.The sites identified in this study provide targets for further research on the structural-functional role of these residues,and on the correlation with the mechanism of algal blooms.

The parallel calculation of the ground-state correlation energy of Helium atom

When we use Modified Configuration Interaction method (MCI) to calculate the correlation energy of double-electron systems, for obtaining the higher precision, we always need huge calculations. In order to handle this problem, which will cost much CPU time and memory room if only using a single computer to do it, we now adopt the parallel multisection recurrence algorithm. Thus we can use several CPUs to get the ground-state energy of a Helium atom at the same time.
